I just got back from the doctor and he cleared me to swim and to start jogging. I should be able to run hard within a few days. Wooooohooooooooo!!!
You get so accustomed to 2-3 hours of training every day and a few hard sessions each week. It can sometimes be hard to keep your head screwed on straight during these forced breaks. But I think that I handled this one well and I can’t wait to get back in the pool tonight! Woot!!
