This week followed a similar pattern to last week but was a bit lighter on volume -- Dave and I didn't swim on Wed morning and I cut out the Thursday night bike intervals b/c my I felt a bit too tired to have a good workout. I did get some chunks of intense riding in during Saturday's long ride.
The totals:
- 4 swims totalling 16k yards
- 3 bike rides totalling 110 miles
- 4 runs totalling 26 miles, including two track workouts and one short brick run
- 1 strength training session
Next week's big event will be the Recycled Cycles Whidbey Island training camp from Fri to Mon.
